About us

Jonathan has been working as an osteopath in Cornwall for over 20 years, having qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1987. He opened the practice in Truro in January 1990. Jonathan has always been an enthusiastic squash and golf player, as well as a keen follower of many other sports, including surfing and football. His active participation in sport has given him a greater insight into the mechanics of many sports injuries.

Matthew completed a 4 year degree at the British School of Osteopathy in June 2007 and has recently joined the practice to work alongside Jonathan. Matthew enjoys working with individuals of all ages with neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions, but has a particular interest in sports injuries, postural problems and nutrition.

As the practice receptionist, Annabelle is the first point of contact for most patients. She has worked at the practice since it's inception in 1990. Her father, Ian Smart, was an osteopath in Cornwall for over 40 years!
